PSA Peugeot Citroën leads the rankings of the average CO2 emissions of carmakers in Europe
By developloping technologies that are useful to the greatest number, PSA Peugeot Citroën is reducing the fuel consumption and CO 2 emissions of its vehicles. In 1998, Peugeot set up a project to create a carbon sink in Brazil. The project is not only an experiment to assess the efficiency of carbon sequestration as part of full-scale tests (two million tonnes), it also seeks to recreate biodiversity.
