Combining economic efficiency and human progress, PSA Peugeot Citroën’s labour policy is a major boon to the Group’s sustainable development all over the world.

The Group brought a new dimension to its labour commitment by signing an international agreement on social responsibility in 2006 to accompany its international development. This agreement is the common denominator of its labour policy.

Dialogue between labour and management is at the heart of this policy, because changes to the company can only be made with the employees and trade unions.
